Six Weeks Focused Effort
Six weeks on one thing, with live sessions. Pick your focus.
Six weeks, one thing, properly addressed.
You pick the focus and we build the six weeks around it. The course lives here on Ashtanga Tech —
thirty-two to forty-two lessons, seven sections, a structured progression you work through at your own pace.
Alongside it you practise with me live, one to one, and that is where the course stops being a video library
and starts being your practice.
Choose your six weeks
- A Solid Core — 42 lessons. The deepest of the five.
- Glutes — hip extension and lumbar stability, FRC drills beside real loading.
- Running Better — ankle, knee, thoracic, and the contralateral pattern underneath it all.
- Wrist Robustness — for anyone whose hands have started negotiating.
- Handstand Press — the compression and the patience it asks for.
What happens
We start with a conversation about what is actually going on — not the goal, the obstacle. You get the
course, and we set the live sessions into your week. Each one is a full hour, at the shala or online.
Six weeks is long enough for tissue to change and short enough that you can see the end of it. Most people
finish knowing what to do next on their own, which is the point.
Which to take
Once a week suits you if you already practise regularly and want steering. Six sessions.
Twice a week suits you if you are rebuilding something, working around an injury, or the
habit itself is what needs establishing. Twelve sessions, and the better value per hour.
