After you practice, Nudge sends you a vibe check — three quick ratings called M.A.X.

  • Motivation — how much did you want to be on the mat today? (1-5)
  • Attitude — what was your mindset during practice? (1-5)
  • X (eXertion) — how hard did you work? (1-5)

You can reply by text, tap the floating widget on any page, or click through the email. Three channels, one record. Use whichever feels least like work.

How the cadence options work

After every class (rest days too) — if you book classes through the site, you get a text about an hour after each one. On days without a class booked, you get a morning check-in instead — so you can still log rest days, practice you did elsewhere, or just say you skipped.

Custom schedule — pick exactly which days and times. You can also check “Also nudge me after each class” to layer both.

Never — pauses everything. The floating widget still works on-site.

What happens with your data

Notes you add to any vibe check become journal entries automatically. If your M.A.X. scores drop (2 or below), the system alerts Michael and points you to the right specialist bot — Movement for low exertion, Breathing for low attitude, Motive for low motivation.

If you have a 6-week plan, Nudge re-serves the same activity until you log something. Missed days stay put on purpose. Text SKIP or REST to log a rest day and advance to your next slot.

Conversational SMS

If you text something that is not a VIBE rating or a schedule command, you will reach the Shalagram Concierge — an AI assistant that can book classes, check your upcoming schedule, log vibes in conversation, and write to your journal. Just text what you need.
