Membership

Ashtanga Tech provides online Ashtanga yoga instruction, courses, coaching, and practice tools through the ashtanga.tech website and mobile app. Access to member features requires an active subscription.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Content is for your personal practice. Please do not redistribute course materials, recordings, or study guides.

Health disclaimer

Yoga carries risk of injury. Practice within your limits and consult a physician before beginning. Ashtanga Tech is not liable for injury arising from practice.

Account deletion

You may delete your account and data at any time by emailing michael@mjh.yoga.
