Okay, so you walked out.
Good.
You're not asking me if that was okay. You're asking me to validate something you already know.
So here it is: You have six years of practice. You know what yoga feels like. You know what it doesn't.
The issue isn't the teacher. The issue is that you're still taking drop-in classes hoping they won't disappoint you.
They will.
Stop auditioning teachers. Find one person. Commit. If you're not practicing ashtanga anymore, fine—but practice something with consistency under one set of eyes.
Or go back to self-practice and stop expecting a heated vinyasa class to feed you.
You already left the room. Now leave the pattern.
One thing to do: decide if you're self-practice or you're working with a teacher. Pick one. Commit for six months. Then reassess.
