Our Response

You're worried about other people.

Stop.

Your practice is yours. Their practice—or lack of it—is theirs.

This isn't unkind. It's realistic.

When you get evangelical about what yoga is doing for you, you're not helping them. You're trying to manage your own anxiety about the world.

I get it. The practice works. You feel better. You want everyone to feel better.

But here's the thing: they'll find it when they're ready. Or they won't.

Your job is to practice. To show up. To do the work without needing other people to validate it by joining you.

The best thing you can do for anyone else? Don't stop practicing when life gets hard. That's when they're watching.

Not your words. Your consistency.

So take that worry energy and put it back into your own mat. That's where it belongs.
