Our Response

Okay, I'm gonna stop you there.

You're asking an Ashtanga question, but you're not doing Ashtanga.

Sculpt & Flow isn't Ashtanga. Hot yoga isn't Ashtanga.

And that's fine. But I can't help you pick between studio classes.

Here's what I can tell you: Ashtanga is the same sequence every time. Same room temperature. You practice at your pace. If you've got MS and low blood pressure, that consistency matters. You're not at the mercy of what's on the schedule.

Find a Mysore program. Non-heated. You show up, you do your practice, you leave.

If you want to understand how that works, check out the Mysore Style study guide.

But stop shopping for classes that fit your calendar. Build a practice that fits your body.
