We’ve got the Ashtanga Yoga syllabus listed out here, each with their own asana badges. The badges make sure you research the study guide for the posture and then integrate that information into the the counted method of Ashtanga Yoga.

• Use loom to post your asana videos in the comments section. Only post your image if you’re comfortable receiving constructive feedback– members, please feel free to help each other! If you’ve got a personalized practice membership, you’ll get feedback from a senior ashtanga tech teacher.
• If you have found a particular video on the internet to be particularly useful for one of these yoga poses, please share it in the appropriate lesson. If you see that video here already, share a comment about how much you liked it!
